Issues identified: The number of non conformities and install issues this under performing Solar PV system in Bradford presented are too long to detail and thus resulted in a complete re design and re installation.
Hub Energy were engaged by a local leisure business to investigate why their under performing Solar PV system in Bradford was under performing by 95% as their original installer were reluctant to help. Our findings highlighted multiple non conformities so a full re design and re installation was carried out to full MCS standards whilst liaising with manufacturers on warranty claims. As a result the system is now performing as it should and the customer is a lot happier.
