Operation, maintenance and management options

Initial Health Check & Condition Report – Non contracted

Hub Energy will gather information from you regarding your Solar PV system and provide you with a quotation to visit your Solar PV system and perform the health check and condition report either as a one off cost or as part of the account setup when choosing one of the below contracted package options. You will be provided with a report which will detail areas of concerns, performance issues, upgrade recommendations and if required, a quotation for any repairs or rectification works.

Bronze Package - Contracted annual maintenance visit

This option is a responsive maintenance contract which requires Hub Energy to visit your PV system once a year for annual maintenance checks within an agreed calendar month. Inspection, monitoring, mechanical and electrical fault alerts are the responsibility of the Solar PV system owner however, Hub Energy will provide technical assistance and visit site if required (additional costs apply).

Silver Package - Contracted annual maintenance & performance monitoring

This option includes everything in the Bronze package with the added benefit of inverter level monitoring. Hub Energy will monitor any faults and the ongoing performance of the Solar PV system to ensure any generation and financial losses are kept to a minimum with client notification sent within 24 hours. Any diagnostic/repair site visits required can then be arranged at an additional cost.

Gold Package - Contracted maintenance, performance monitoring and asset management

The Gold Package is the complete asset management option, designed for companies who wish to be hands-off with their Solar PV system so they can focus on their business. Inclusive of the bronze and silver packages, this gold package includes Hub Energy becoming an appointed representative to manage your Feed In Tariff application and generation submissions. Warranty management will be covered in the event any warranty claims are triggered, which includes 1 x diagnostic call out and 1 x repair call out per annum.
